If at any time deemed necessary by the company and/or any of their contracted drivers or hired representatives need to come onto the property located at the above stated address to do maintenance, repairs, or to pick up/recover the building in case of non-payments, etc, they will not be hindered in performing such duties.
In case of late payment, cancellation of contract, and/or breach of contract, I, the landlord, owner, or property manager give the company and/or any of their contracted representatives, express permission to remove any fence, tree, or any other object which may come in the way of retrieval of the portable building. I also understand by signing this agreement, I release the company (or any of their contracted drivers/representatives) and hold the residential renter liable and responsible for all recourse of the building being placed or removed at this location.

On iPhone, allow Full Access for the SellSheds keyboard so it can reach the private pricing connection. Tap the keyboard's price-status label, enter this code, and tap Pair.
Download the current price grid as CSV, edit in Excel or Google Sheets, then upload. Only existing width, length, and style columns are accepted. Changes sync to cloud with your other settings.
Draft changes save automatically. Dealer pricing changes when you choose Test & Publish. That action checks the draft and makes it active. Each option, variant, and rule can be switched on independently. Width and length conditions use dropdown selections; intentional overlapping Replace rules require confirmation or a Secondary/Exception rule.

Upload real-life photos that help customers picture each building style in use. These appear as a swipeable gallery on your storefront.
Choose a photograph and a verified reference plan for each catalog style. Leave either blank when its identity or layout is uncertain. Saved dealer choices replace that dealer's catalog media only; the inventory listing photos do not change.
Copy the clean customer link or open the complete card with dealer sharing tools.
